1) How did you get into sneakers/shoes/fashion? I grew up in Portland, OR and the Nike headquarters and multiple Nike Factory Outlets were always at a driving distance. My dad came home one afternoon with bags filled with shoes and clothes. I remember him pulling out 2 boxes, the Jordan 10 Steels and the Jordan 12 Taxis. I thought he bought them for me and I was so excited! But nope, somehow one of his friends hooked him up and he sternly told me to step back and that those were his kicks LOL! I was in awe and fascinated and thats how it all began!
2) Creative Style/Process. My style of creating is to be informative, comprehensive, unique and adaptable, aiming to provide any shoe lover on feet images of their favorite pairs to enhance what it would feel like if they were to buy that shoe. So often I wonder what certain pairs would look like on feet and that’s what I wanna provide and help with while being as genuine and authentic as possible.
3) Favorite sneaker of all time? The Black Cement 3!
4) Favorite go-to pairs of shoes (shoes by the door). Right now my dailies are Salehe Crocs (Black), Supersonic Vomeros, 2018 Black Cement 3s, and my Black Toe Jordan 1 lows.
5) What shoe best embodies you and your style? Why? A Jordan 1 Low. I'm super chill, versatile, and I can dress up and down and have fun or just relax. I can adapt to any situation, just like a Jordan 1 low.
6) Describe your shoe care regimen. I am OCD when it comes to cleaning my shoes and storing them properly. Thats why I love my Fresh Flows so much. I clean almost after every wear, insert my Fresh Flows and store them away in their protective crate. Listen, I love creases, wearing your shoes is important, you don't want them to fall apart on you years down, but what I hate is DIRT! I make sure I have wipes on me at all times and i do my best to clean them after every wear or every other wear.
7) Other passions/hobbies outside of shoes/sneakers/fashion. In my free time I love to hoop, workout, and spend time with friends, family and my dog Kobe.
8) Random fun/interesting fact about you: I love pizza! If I can eat pizza everyday, I'd be content :)
