Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping We currently do ship internationally, please be sure you select the correct country dropdown on the top of our website.  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.
